Pharrell & NIGO Dish out New HUMAN MADE x adidas Designs in This Week's Best Footwear Drops
Along with collaborations from Kiko Kostadinov x ASICS, Stüssy x Clarks, Snow Peak x New Balance, and many more.
Summer is officially over, which means most of us will need to start updating our footwear rotation for the colder months ahead. Before we jump into this week’s best footwear drops, let’s take a look back at the biggest headlines of the past week.
A few of the biggest headlines goes to Nike, who not only is suing Skechers over “Skecherized” versions of its Air Max styles, but also announced a zero carbon and zero waste initiative.
In terms of first looks, Ronnie Fieg previewed his upcoming “Super Blue” GEL-Lyte III model, which celebrates his decade long partnership with ASICS, while Angelo Baque teased an upcomig Awake NY x Reebok Classic Workout Low. We also received images of a potential CLOT x fragment x Nike Air Force 1, an Off-White™ chunky mid-top basketball sneaker, and another SpongeBob SquarePants x Nike Kyrie 5 in a “Pineapple House” colorway. Additionally, a first at the adidas YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 “Yecheil” and “Yeezreel” also surfaced.
Elsewhere pro-gamer Ninja joined Joe La Puma on Sneaker Shopping where the duo discussed sneaker culture in gaming and much more.
Finally, we sat down with frequent Kanye and Virgil collaborator Ibn Jasper to discuss his new Converse Pro sneaker and why Dr. J is as important as Jordan.
Now with a new week ahead of us, we present the latest installment of our weekly footwear drops list, showcasing what’s to come from your favorite footwear brands. Take a look at the list below and let us know what releases you’re looking forward to.
