Drake and Future The Prince to Produce '48 Laws of Power' Series for Quibi
The ‘Top Boy’ and ‘Euphoria’ executive producers team up again.

Following their executive producer credit on Netflix’s Top Boy, Drake and his co-manager Adel “Future The Prince” Nur will executive produce a new series on Quibi called 48 Laws of Power.
Quibi, the short-form streaming service arriving on April 6, has greenlit a show based on the best-selling book of the same name by Robert Greene. Alongside his executive producer credit, Drake will also direct one of the episodes. Each episode of the series will focus on a different law while the series as a whole will detail the gaining and maintaining of power.
“When Drake and I sat down with Robert Greene, it was incredibly inspiring,” said Nur. “The laws allow for a wide range of dynamic storytelling, and Quibi allows us to tell these stories in bite-sized chapters similar to the book.” Several rappers like JAY-Z, Kanye West, and Drake himself have referenced the 1998 book in a number of tracks.
Drake and Nur have also teamed up as executive producers for HBO’s Euphoria. This time, however, they’ve brought fellow Dreamcrew member Jason Shrier, Greene, and Anonymous Content’s Zack Hayden on as producers.
Quibi is set to debut April 6 with a number of scripted and unscripted shows, such as a FaZe Clan esports game show, a new &Music docuseries about creatives, and more.
In other entertainment news, Chris Evans is starring in Apple TV+’s Defending Jacob series.
