Fishbone x NOAH Spring/Summer 2019 Capsule
New York’s NOAH recently teamed up with Los Angeles rock band Fishbone for a capsule centered around a blend of politics and presentation.
“Rage at injustice, a positive mental attitude aimed towards a better world, frustration that we can’t get to it fast enough, and a need to express all of that with complete freedom, is evident in the assemblage of Summer staples. Lightweight layers like a zip-up jacket and fleece hoodie are accompanied by rugby shirts and T-shirts marked with Fishbone skeleton fish logos and hues drawn from the Rastafarian flag. More aggressive messages appear on the rear of hoodies and embroidered across cotton twill bucket hats, while a simple illustrative “FISHBONE” appears at the front of the long-sleeved shirts.
