Featuring online multiplayer and in-game emotes.
Nintendo announced during Direct E3 2021 that Mario Party Superstars is coming to the Switch.
Mario Party Superstars is a mix between a new Mario title and a remaster, mixing new elements into legacy games. Superstars will bring back five classic boards from the original Nintendo 64 Mario Party games including fan favorites Peach’s Birthday Cake Board and Space Land. It also remasters 100 classic minigames from Nintendo 64 and GameCube in high definition.
All games support button controls, so you have the choice of sticking with the Joy-Con or go with your favorite controller of choice. Game modes will support online multiplayer allowing you to hop on with friends or meet new ones. Stickers add to in-game communication, incorporating emotes to praise and peeve fellow players. In Board Game mode, each turn is saved allowing for the flexibility to take a break and pick up where you left off.
Priced at $59.99, Mario Party Superstars will launch October 29 exclusively on Nintendo Switch.
