Nintendo Announce 'Fortnite' Themed Switch in Yellow and Blue Colors
Releasing in Europe this year and in the United States at a later date.
Nintendo and Epic Games announced a new Fortnite bundle for the Switch that includes the game as well as an exclusive theme for the console based on the game. The Fortnite design can be seen on the back of the console and alongside the dock. It also comes with exclusive yellow and blue Joy-Con controllers.
Fortnite will be pre-installed digitally and will come alongside 2,000 V-Bucks as well as a WildCat Bundle download code. The code includes two additional skins along with two styles of Sleek Strike Back Bling. This isn’t the first Fortnite bundle for the Nintendo Switch, as one released around 2018. However, it is the first to bring art to the console and dock.
Although this limited edition Switch is slated to only release in Europe on October 30, fans can expect to see a launch in the United States as well. Not much is known about the bundle, such as how much it will cost, but many assume it will sell for the same price as a regular Nintendo Switch.
In other gaming news, a Ninja Gaiden trilogy is rumored to release for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
