With another week, we have another installment of our product drops series this time marked by Supreme‘s Spring/Summer 2019 Week 19 release. This week’s drop is led by a playful collaboration with Cressi. This time around, the New York skate label has added red accents and Box Logo branding to the water sports equipment brand’s Palau mask and snorkel. Aside from Supreme’s Week 19 Drop, this week we have an impressive array of special releases and collaborations that make up a selection of must-have street staples.

Standout collaborations this week come from BEAMSChampion and Japanese artist Yu Nagaba in the form of a Toy Story apparel collection, Stüssy and Cactus Plant Flea Market have put together a July 4th capsule and New Era has tapped Kid Cudi for a special All-Star Cleveland Indians cap. Other notable team-ups come from nana-nana, Katsuhiro Otomo‘s AKIRA ART WALL PROJECT and collage artist Kosuke Kawamura and British designer Simone Rocha‘s installment in the Moncler Genius Project. Finally, Louis Vuitton has released the Virgil Abloh-designed “LV Rainbow Square” and “LV Rainbow Pilot” Sunglasses and Anti Social Social Club has prepped its Fall/Winter 2019  “Still Stressed” collection.

Key items this week include Supreme’s Cressi Palau mask, Kid Cudi’s Cleveland Indians Cap, Champion x BEAMS x Yu Nagaba x Disney Pixar Toy Story T-shirts and the LV Rainbow Square Sunglasses.

Champion x BEAMS x Yu Nagaba x Disney Pixar Toy Story Collection

Taking part in celebrating Pixar Animation Studios’ “The Science Behind Pixar” exhibition, BEAMS, Champion and Japanese artist Yu Nagaba have come together on a Toy Story apparel collection.

Utilizing Champion’s classic reverse weave sweatshirts and premium T-shirts, the special range is comprised of six pieces in total. Available in grey, black and white, “WOODY” and “BUZZ” are emblazoned on the front of the pullovers in a collegiate font that expresses hues tied to the characters. A “PIXAR” logo sweatshirt is also included but is only available at the BEAMS Roppongi Hills store. All three pieces arrive with a stitched Champion emblem badge on the left sleeve while character badges appear on the right. Finally, artist Yu Nagaba’s playful renditions of Woody and Buzz are found on the set of T-shirts that round up the collection.

Simone Rocha Moncler Genius Collection

Continuing its revolutionary Moncler Genius Project, the Italian label has released its latest ambitious range imagined by British designer Simone Rocha.

Utilizing the expansive fabric and textile reserve of Moncler, the collection builds on Rocha’s floral, delicate style, mixing it with a wildly experimental element by introducing complex knitwear patterns, fitted, pearl-laced hoods and asymmetric duvet fits. The feminine expression of function-over-form taps into elements of uniforming found in the Girl Guides and looks to redefine concepts of protection. Notable expressions include puffer capes, wearable structures and apparel habitats that define Rocha’s part in the Genius Project.

Louis Vuitton “LV Rainbow” Sunglasses

This season Virgil Abloh and Louis Vuitton have put together a selection of LV Rainbow eyewear. A variety of vibrant hues have been used to increase two new silhouettes dubbed the “LV Rainbow Square” and “LV Rainbow Pilot.”

The rectangular LV Rainbow Square frames arrive in black, camel, red and yellow and the LV Rainbow Pilot aviator frames come in crystal, blue and orange. Finishing up the design of the frames, “Louis Vuitton” branding is marked on the left corner of the lenses in a cursive font, while the iconic “LV” monogram is found on the temples.

Kid Cudi x New Era Launch Cleveland Indians All-Star Cap

Since linking with Cactus Plant Flea Market and announcing a collection with adidas, Kid Cudi’s collaborations continue to roll in as New Era becomes the latest brand to tap the rapper for a partnership that hits close to home. The headwear company announced today a special Cleveland Indians All-Star 59FIFTY® cap designed with the musician, both reflecting his birthplace and aligning with the upcoming MLB All-Star Game set to take place in the Ohio hub.

A “dripping” red variation of the Cleveland Indians’ logo is patched onto the front of the hat, which is offered in navy blue to reflect the team’s colors. Kid Cudi’s moniker comes into play on the back, embroidered in white and placed underneath another bright red “C” emblem.
