Todd Snyder Joins Clarks for Textile-Rich Wallabee Collaboration
Woven with one-of-a-kind upholstery fabrics.
After launching two patchwork Wallabees in collaboration with Bodega, Clarks has teamed up with Todd Snyder for the first time ever to revamp the iconic boot silhouette. Using one-of-a-kind upholstery fabrics inspired by Clarks’ origin as a rug manufacturer in 1825 and the ’70s textile patterns of Snyder’s Midwest upbringing, the two have created two new colorways of the Wallabee Boot.
Diving into Clarks’ archive, Snyder chose designs that pay tribute to both brands’ American heritage aesthetic. Offered in a brown ornate pattern and multi-colored Aztec-inspired print, the Wallabee boots feature leather-lined interiors, suede and leather tonal accents, and Clarks’ signature crepe soles. Leather laces and Todd Snyder-branded hang fobs finish off the looks. Made in Italy, the winter-ready shoes blend premium fabrics and textile designs with a timeless silhouette.
Beginning December 5, the Todd Snyder x Clarks Wallabee Boot will drop in limited quantities at Todd Snyder’s Madison Park flagship — address below — for 24 hours. On December 6, the shoes will go live on Todd Snyder’s website for $298 USD.
