Converse & UNDERCOVER Revisit "THE NEW WARRIORS" With Two Camo-Clad Chuck 70s
Scruffed detailing.

UNDERCOVER has returned once again, announcing yet another co-sign with Converse, on top of all the other collaborations already under its belt this season — like the recently unveiled Helly Hansen Japan and Nike projects. Presented is a continuation of “THE NEW WARRIORS” concept seen last March, revamped with bold camo patterns and aggressive distressing — low and hi-top Chuck 70s.
Both silhouettes come with “THE NEW WARRIORS” logo alongside silver-toned hardware. The low top version sees “NW” embroidered over the rear quarter next to a metal ring hanging from the top of the backstay. Cream white laces appear over the forefoot, looping through metal eyelets and ending near the rubber toe cap. Boasting the classic Chuck Taylor midsole, stylistic distressing and scruff marks have been applied for a lived-in look. The hi-top model sees a lighter camo pattern and a larger “NW” logo placed at the lateral ankle. As opposed to the aforementioned silhouette, this version comes with two metal rings: one at the heel and another near the toe cap. At the forefoot, there’s a central zip closure that runs through the middle, complemented by laces that are vertically tied. Other details like “THE NEW WARRIORS” branding at the toe cap and a blacked-out All-Star patch logo round-up the footwear capsule.
The UNDERCOVER x Converse Chuck 70s is slated to release on November 14 at converse.com and select retailers globally outside of Japan. Scroll below for a look at the teaser.
Elsewhere, The North Face Japan has dropped a set of insulated Nupsi Traction Light Mock IVs.
