This version of the 575 comes in a mix of mesh, suede and soft cotton textiles, complete with subtle hits of 3M. The top of the tongue is stamped with a “New Balance” patch logo that comes with a detailed illustration of the scenic outdoors. It’s sewn over a bed of durable ballistic nylon that covers the tongue, toe box and the upper rear quarters. Furthermore, premium suede fabrics have been added for textural contrast, appearing along the eyelets, heel counter, mudguards and sidewalls, where the iconic “N” logo has been placed. All of these details sit atop a two-toned Vibram Megagrip midsole that provides comfort and durability for long hikes in the wilderness.
The New Balance MTL575TB and MTL575OP are currently available at atmos-tokyo.com for $238 USD.
