Nike’s commitment to innovation has presented the sneaker world with countless new technologies and creations. One such breakthrough that has provided accessible footwear options is Nike’s new FlyEase technology. The ease-of-access feature has hit several models, including the Air Jordan 1 in 2019. The resulting Air Jordan 1 High FlyEase has seen various colorways and now finds itself dressed in the iconic “Bred” look that first graced the Air Jordan 1 in 1985.

Looking closer at the Air Jordan 1 High FlyEase “Bred,” a familiar black and red combination covers the leather upper. Black outfits a majority of the base and overlays with red appearing at the toe box, Swooshes, laces and FlyEase strap. Black zipper hardware wraps around the heel, revealing the sneaker’s red trim when unzipped. Adding to its accessibility features, a black pull tab has been placed at the heel while a white midsole and red rubber outsole completes the look.

Release information for the Air Jordan 1 High FlyEase “Bred” has not yet been announced by the Swoosh. However, it is currently expected to land on shelves via Nike and select retailers at a price of $150 USD in the months to come.

For more in the busy world of footwear, SoleFly has reconnected with Jordan Brand, this time taking on the Air Jordan 13 with a pastel-covered colorway.
