2 Chainz Announces New Album 'So Help Me God'
Set to release September 25.
2 Chainz has a new album on the way. His sixth solo studio album So Help Me God will release September 25 via Def Jam Recordings. The project will follow his Rap or Go to the League full-length which was executive produced by LeBron James. In a recent press release, Def Jam also hinted that his new music video for the Lil Wayne-featuring “Money Maker” will be releasing in the near future.
Back in March 2015, Kanye West declared that his follow-up to Yeezus would be titled So Help Me God, but that album ultimately became The Life of Pablo. 2 Chainz has remained busy since his 2019 effort. In February, he released his T.R.U. imprint compilation No Face No Case. He was a prominent feature on RTJ4 by Run The Jewels. In late-July he teamed up with Rick Ross to go head-to-head in a VERZUZ Battle.
