Joshua Vides Joins Fendi for Bold Black & White "California Sky" Collection
Spotlighting the artist’s sketch-like, marker designs.
With collaborations ranging from Nike to Woolrich, LA-based artist Joshua Vides has added another partnership to the list with his “California Sky” collection with Fendi. After designing the Italian house’s customization bar and temporary Fendi Caffe at Harrods last summer, Vides has shared the first look at the collaborative range of apparel and accessories.
Known for his recognizable black and white marker style, Vides has created an assortment of jackets, matching sets, bucket hats and more in his monochromatic color scheme. Designs range from flower-printed trousers and shirts to striped blazers with matching wide-legged pants. Vides outlines fitted jackets, jeans, and skirts with bold black outlines and shaded detailing that resembles his distinctive artistic style. Elsewhere, some of Fendi’s iconic bags are printed with an updated FF monogram design, and sneakers are given the same all-over sketch-like treatment.
