Soulland's All-Over Printed 'Playboy' Collab Pieces Are Here to Liven up Your FW19 Wardrobe
Alongside its silk two-piece featuring artwork by Charlie Roberts.
The first round of Soulland‘s Playboy collaboration has released at stores alongside its FW19 “Opportunist” collection. The collection references vintage Playboy magazines and includes shirts, jackets and trousers with retro posters taken from the publication’s archives.
Pieces such as the red corduroy jacket feature an all-over print taken from the September 1969 issue featuring Shay Knuth, while the silk bowling shirt features a contrasting mixture of black and blue silk sporting a bunny-covered model and the Playboy masthead. The standout offering is the pair of Fawna corduroy printed pants, which are made using high-quality 310g Eight Wales Woven press-folded corduroy. Soulland then prints the September 1970 cover featuring a young Debbie Ellison all over the pants.
Asides from the Playboy collaboration, pieces such as Soulland’s signature silk two pieces have also released. This season, the silk Toast pants and Richman shirt are covered in Realism-inspired drawings by the artist Charlie Roberts.
