We have another installment of our product drops series, this time marked by Supreme‘s Fall/Winter 2019 Week 3 release and Week 5 of Palace‘s Fall 2019 collection.

Supreme’s offering is led by a collaboration with American workwear label Ben Davis which serves as a highlight of key workwear staples like the chore coat, overalls, work shirt, work pants and beanies. This time around, the New York skate label has added its red branding accent to a Butterfly Table Tennis Paddle Set, NITECORE Tini Keychain Light and Post-it Flags. While Palace is coming through with its latest Fall 2019 selection led by Tri-Ferg marked parkas, embroidered hoodies and playful graphic emblazoned T-shirts.

Aside from Supreme’s FW19 Week 3 Drop and Palace’s  Fall 2019 Week 5 Drop, this week we have an impressive array of special releases and collaborations that make up a selection of must-have street staples.

Standout collaborations this week come from MCA Chicago and Virgil Abloh in form of three “Figures of Speech” T-shirts,  A.P.C. and Brain Dead‘s “INTERACTION #3” capsule and a team-up from The North Face Purple Label and Monkey Time. Other notable collaborative efforts come from Sesame Street and BAPE and a Nordstrom exclusive capsule from Matthew Williams‘ 1017 ALYX 9SM label. Rounding up this week’s product drops is Stüssy‘s three new eyegear silhouettes dubbed the Nico, Owen and Logan frames.

Virgil Abloh x MCA Chicago FOS T-Shirts

Adding to its series of drops, MCA Chicago recently released three more Virgil Abloh-designed T-shirts for the designer’s “Figures of Speech” exhibition at the museum.

The black Million Things T-Shirt is centered around hyperbole design, dressed with an “I have a million things to do today” quotation in bright red and orange on the front. With a plethora of vibrant graphics and white typography is applied all over to fill in the empty space. The white T-shirt is marked with a “FOS” logo graphic on the front left chest, with an architectural schematic printed in multicolor on the rear to celebrate the exhibition. While the lime green T-shirt features a similar design, except the front “FOS” logo graphic has been enlarged and centered.

Continuing its Moncler Genius project, the Italian label recently released Richard Quinn’s installment of the ambitious creative series.

Recalling the elegance of ’50s and ’60s couture, the women’s collection is defined by maximalist design dominated by bold colors and opulence. Bright patterns are expressed on garments and accessories to be worn together to create a melange of print. Focusing on outerwear, Quinn created a selection of duvet opera coats that come padded and quilted to form surreal, ultra-feminine pieces.
