Last month’s Air Max Tailwind 4 in “Desert Fade” spotlighted warm and earthy tones reminiscent of a desert sunset, but for its upcoming release, Nike is taking a softer approach with its impending “China Rose” colorway.

The sneaker is laced with a cotton candy-like colored palette, with pastel hues of pink, teal and yellow illuminating the upper. While the shoe is coated primarily in crisp white throughout, the side panels get popped with the rainbow of shades in a subtle gradient design. Neon touches are threaded throughout the Nike checks and the brand’s signature Air Sole unit, while bubblegum pink outlines accentuate the bright scheme. Balancing it all out are black details along the lace keeper, collar lining and midsole.

Nike’s Air Max Tailwind 4 “China Rose” is currently listed on s 43einhalb‘s website as coming soon with a price tag of €170 EUR (approximately $190 USD). Stay tuned for details on a wider, global release.

For a more subdued take on the silhouette, check out the camouflage look on the recent “Digi-Camo” release.
