Ripstop was recently seen on a subtler black rendition of the Tailwind IV. Here, Nike adds an all-over camouflaged color scheme to the ripstop upper and uses tonal embroidery for its Swoosh and mid-panel detailing. The new Tailwind IV sits atop a brown speckled sole unit, which is treated to hits of “Volt” underneath and clear Air bubbles throughout its sculpted design.
An integrated lace system blends into the camouflaged design, while detailing on the back of the heel is highlighted in “Volt” once again to contrast against the archival silhouette’s latest overhaul.
The Nike Air Max Tailwind IV “Digi-Camo” will release on May 24 for $180 USD at Nike stores and online.
