Nike's Air Max Tailwind 4 "Black Ripstop" Will Release This Week (UPDATE)
With not-so-subtle hits of “Volt.”
UPDATE: The Nike Air Max Tailwind 4 “Black Ripstop” is slated to hit select Nike retailers and Nike’s SNKRS app on Friday, May 24 for $180 USD.
March 3, 2019: Ahead of an upcoming Supreme collaboration, Nike built on the re-launch of the Air Max Tailwind 4 by giving the retro runner a “Black/Wolf Grey” makeover.
The uppers are done in a black ripstop material dressed in matching overlays and a wrapping embroidery design. Air Max at the tongues, small Swooshes on the toe and heels, volt “MAX AIR” rear stripes and blue Air Max badges printed on the insoles serve as the choice branding hits. Finishing up the design of the shoe are speckled grey midsoles with black tinted Air cushioning units paired with black rubber outsoles.
No official pricing details just yet, but stay tuned for more details regarding the release of the Nike Air Max Tailwind 4 “Black/Wolf Grey.”
