Known for its abundance of emotional ads, such as Colin Kaepernick’s Dream Crazy campaign video and the recent Dream Crazier ad helping to empower women, this time around Nike has spotlighted childhood friends Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry in its latest “Shared Dream” visuals.
The pair, who have been friends since childhood, were recently reunited after a blockbuster trade saw Odell Beckham Jr. moving to the Cleveland Browns, ending his time with the New York Giants. Both OBJ and Landry played in collage from 2011 to 2013 at LSU.
In the ad above, Nike hones in on the similarities between the two players, how they both accomplished the same feats, and what makes them so special. Running in a one-minute, the ad finishes off with a sentimental photo of the two players before they made it into the NFL. Watch it above.
