visvim Drops Striking Patchwork and Paint-Splatter Goods for Black Friday
Kofu Christo sandals, customized Valdez coats and more.
Joining the flood of Black Friday specials, stalwart Japanese label visvim has plenty in store for the shopping extravaganza. Instead of merely offering discounts on its core collection, however, the detail-oriented label is dropping an exclusive array of seasonal goods.
Several signature pieces, including visvim’s signature Christo sandals and Kerchief down jackets, receive covetable revisions, including a Kofu (vintage Japanese textile) wrap atop the sandals. Meanwhile, the down jackets sport both Kofu and paisley-tinged bandana fabrics, both remixed with patchwork. Joining the drop is a military-inspired down muffler and a paint-splashed Valdez coat offered under visvim’s Contrary Dept sub-label. Several other items, including a branded camp cap, will go live on Black Friday, teased by visvim on Instagram.
visvim’s California outposts — Exposition in LA and Brentwood in Santa Monica — and Santa Fe store will offer the Black Friday goods on November 29. Some items, including the Kofu Christo, will also be available on visvim’s web store.
Most recently, visvim introduced a new Japanese store, located inside the recently renovated Shibuya PARCO mall.
