Just prior to Raf Simons‘ Spring/Summer 2019 runway presentation, the legendary Belgian designer has introduced his complementary Willy Vanderperre-lensed campaign imagery. A series of close-ups of young male models offers a close look at silver soda can jewelry and graphic shirts, with a punk aesthetic manifesting through photographic prints of safety pin-studded faces. Deconstructed coats appear in their own tight shots, yielding zoomed-in views of the wool garments and their shiny embellishments.
