adidas by Raf Simons Debuts Tall RS Detroit High for SS19
Day-glo shades.
Raf Simons continues his partnership with adidas with a new model for Spring/Summer 2019: the RS Detroit High. A slight update to the recent Detroit Runner, this shoe offers a high shaft, with laces all the way up, and rubberized plastic uppers in bright pink, grey or black shades. Black, white and red soles, respectively, offer some visual contrast, with a thick tread that weighs down the bootlike silhouette. A black and white photograph of an anonymous woman and co-branded “SS 2019” patch appear on the lateral side of each shoe, offering a hint of graphic appeal.
The sneaker hits adidas by Raf Simons retailers like HBX on January 24.
