Zaha Hadid Design is set to take part in this year’s Maison et Objet 2019 trade fair in Paris. Ahead of its launch this January 18, the leading firm gives us an exclusive look at select items from its latest collection to be displayed at the bi-annual event. Highlights include the SWIRL Bowl in crystal glass and the HEW Tray in stainless steel with an upturned surface edge. Furthermore, the firm will unveil its new CELL range that includes the signature Platter in Nero Marquina or Statuary marble alongside the Plate & Bowl Set in porcelain.

“The strength of the collection lies in our ability to interpret the ordinary into something unexpected,” said Zaha Hadid Design director Woody Yao. “When designing objects Zaha was never constrained by any given use or spatial context. We continue to follow and draw strength from this approach so that the collection has room to evolve without compromising the integrity of the design.”
