What was once a rejected sample, inadvertently boomed immense fanfare once Jeff Staple posted the kicks to social media, thus causing for the shoe to be given a second life. Aesthetics witnessed on the original prototype were conserved, as the suede and leather upper’s contrasting black-and-white palette remains intact. Though in Staple’s words, the kicks weren’t complete which prompted him to an include a translucent sole bearing newspaper clippings from his first infamous offering with the skateboard diffusion. Finishing touches such as the bright accents of green, the embroidered pigeon and a specially designed inner ankle collar and sole complete the offering.
