Dubbed “Out of This World,” CLOT‘s Fall/Winter 2019 presentation is a fusion of space imagery and retro sportswear, with galaxy prints complemented by rich tie-dye and prints that nod to both aliens and sports alike. In particular, the Boston Celtics — aside from a classic Celtics jersey, the Hong Kong-based brand debuted a green cardigan woven with the franchise’s colors and branding. Color-saturated hoodies, sweatpants, fleece jackets and chore coats utilize relaxed cuts for a suitably comfy vibe, with multi-pocketed aprons and sling bags adding a whiff of technical function, complementing a collaborative Nike sneaker, which, like several other items on display, glowed in the dark.
