With its pre-distressed calf-skin leather, the SL24 sneaker from Saint Laurent taps into Creative Director Anthony Vaccarello‘s affinity with vintage style. The simple, easy-to-wear tennis shoe design features a selection of stand-out design details, including use of a perforated upper, an oversized velcro strap to secure the ankle and the signature Saint Laurent star icon on the back heel. Currently available in three colorways, the SL24 comes in black, Optical White/Eros Red and Optical White, with all three designs featuring a “scuffed-up” lower to exaggerate the worn-in effect.

Retailing for $695 USD, the SL24 is available now at selected YSL retailers and the brand’s web store. In other recent Saint Laurent news, the brand has unveiled a new art project with Japanese photographer Daidō Moriyama.
