Takashi Murakami Announces Upcoming Collaboration With PORTER

Following up from a a PORTER sneaker collaboration teaser, Takashi Murakami recently officially announced his team up with PORTER at Paris Fashion Week Men’s.

The famed Japanese artist was spotted in Paris on his way to a show wearing two bags decorating with his signature flower character. Both done in military green nylon, one of the bags is a shoulder pouch obscured by a stuffed flower decorated with a classic PORTER tag and stitched eyes. The other bag is a take on the Japanese bag purveyor’s helmet bag with two smaller iterations of the aforementioned stuffed flower.
