The week of May 1 to 7 for 2017 looks to have some solid days for sneaker releases you need to put on your radar. Brands like adidas, Vans, Reebok, Nike, and more already know that the month of May kicks off the warm-weather vibes and there are some selections in our roundup that will keep you comfortable and stylish under the sun for any situation. More popular releases like the Jordan 1 “Metallic Red” should get retro fans excited while the more low-key models like the New Balance 247 “Breathe Pack” and adidas Horween leather Busentiz Pro should certainly refresh any casual sneaker rotation.

Take a full look at our roundup below and let us know which ones you’ll be copping.

adidas EQT Support RF Primeknit

Release date: May 1
Retail Price: $160 USD, available on adidas.com

Fans of adidas’s EQT Support model praise the silhouette for its near-perfect fit and clean paneled construction. To get with the summer months, the Three Stripes gives the shoe’s “RF” Primeknit version both a vibrant and more subdued colorway. One has the “Frozen Green/Easy Green” design, while the other gets the “White/Off-White/Grey” iteration.

adidas EQT Support Ultra Primeknit

Release date: May 1
Retail Price: $160 USD, available on adidas.com

Like the “RF” Primeknit, the adidas EQT “Support” Ultra Primeknit comes in a colorful and more toned-down design as well. The difference between the two is that the “Support” gets a lower profile and UltraBOOST soles, maximizing comfort at all times.

adidas Busenitz Pro x Horween Leather Company

Nike Air Jordan 1 Metallic Red
Release date: May 1
Retail Price: $160 USD, available at select adidas Skateboarding retailers and adidas.com.

adidas went the premium route when it came to upgrading its popular skateboarding shoe, the Busenitz Pro. For the new iteration, the model gets a luxurious Horween bison leather construction in a deep oxblood colorway. Upon closer inspection, you’ll see the quality of the shoe, from the deep grains, right down to the collar and interior trims.

New Balance Breathe Pack

Nike Air Jordan 1 Metallic Red
Release date: May 1
Retail Price: $90 USD, available on New Balance’s website.

New Balance is getting craftier with every release and its new “Breathe Pack” is the right mix of quietly cool and functionality. Precise construction makes it a “breathable” shoe for any situation, while the different color options means any occasion is covered, whether for night, day, warm or cold.

Nike More Uptempo “Bordeaux”

Nike Air Jordan 1 Metallic Red
Release date: May 1
Retail Price: $160 USD, available on select Nike retailers and Nike.

Nike’s More Uptempos are definitely one of the year’s breakout shoes thanks to a much-hyped collaboration with Supreme. Now that the frenzy has died down a bit, perhaps those who missed out on the ‘Preme drops might want to get their hands on a comparatively cool alternate with the “Bordeaux” colorway. The more grownup two-tone makeup alongside the dominating “AIR” insignia is a definite sleeper design for the silhouette.

Sasquatchfabrix. x Vans Old School

Nike Air Jordan 1 Metallic Red
Release date: May 3
Retail Price: N/A, available at BEAMS

Vans can’t do wrong with its collaborative efforts and now the popular skate brand has teamed up with Japan’s Sasquatchfabrix. The partnership brings out an ultra-clean version of the Old School model — the white, off-white color scheme that’s finished off with a hint of red delivers timeless street style.

Nike Free Run Motion Flyknit – Black/Chlorine Blue-Volt-White

Nike Air Jordan 1 Metallic Red
Release date: May 4
Retail Price: $189.90 USD, available at Nike and Titolo.

May 4 actually sees a total of three models to release within the Nike Free RN family. But the one standout amongst the drop is the Free RN Flyknit with the “Chlorine Blue” and “Volt” colors added to the mix. The striking colorway would surely catch some glances, while the supportive sock-like construction will get you walking with ease.

Jordan 1 Metallic Red

Nike Air Jordan 1 Metallic Red
Release date: May 6
Retail Price: $160 USD, available at Nike.

Red and white is an iconic colorway for the Jordan shoe as it calls out the Chicago Bulls’s home jerseys. MJ’s legacy lives on with the 1 model and this popular retro style gets the “Metallic” treatment. With the recent release of the “Royals,” this option should be a must-have for true AJ1 fans.

DEAL x Reebok Instapump Fury “Tai Chi”

Nike Air Jordan 1 Metallic Red
Release date: May 6
Retail Price: N/A, available at DEAL’s Beijing location and at WZK in Shanghai.

Some say that Reebok’s Instapump Fury is an acquired taste with its rugged meets futuristic type construction. In the Reebok lineup, the Instapump models do get a lot of love when it comes to collaborations and China’s DEAL serves up a new one with “Tai Chi” being the inspiration. With that said “Ying” and “Yang” elements are applied with contrasting black and white colorways. Your eyes do not deceive you, the pair has mismatching designs.
