It’s been a couple of months since Nike hosted its annual SNKRS Showcase, prompting sneakerheads to prepare for many releases to come. One such pair that stuck out was the new “Rainbow” colorway of the Air Footscape Woven that arrived in the “Icons” collection alongside the recently-revealed Air Force 1 Low “Vanta Black,” Dunk Low “Berlin” and more.
In this complete visual preview of the new Nike Air Footscape Woven “Rainbow,” the familiar colorful approach to the weave, which was presented in black with a re-tooled upper in 2012, brings a burst of energy to the otherwise monochrome sneaker. A suede upper sports its signature asymmetrical lacing system and is joined by hits of red, blue, green, orange, yellow, purple and more throughout the woven portion of the sneaker, which wraps completely around the shoe. Supporting the sneaker is a white midsole and black rubber outsole, maintaining the emphasis on its colorful upper.
While Nike has revealed its official imagery for this year’s Nike Air Footscape Woven “Rainbow,” it has yet to disclose a specific release date.
