Nike expands on the Air Rejuven8 revival, unveiling a bold new “Camo Pack” featuring two women’s-exclusive colorways in “Black Camo” and “Barkroot Brown.” Originally introduced ahead of the 2008 Beijing Olympics as a post-performance recovery shoe for elite athletes, both new iterations retain the slip-on silhouette while introducing camouflage-inspired detailing across the molded, open-cell lattice cage.
The “Black Camo” edition pairs a black knit bootie with tonal laces and foam tooling, contrasted by a semi-translucent shell patterned with smoky camouflage across its diamond cutouts. A crisp white Swoosh on the lateral side provides the only sharp break in color, keeping the palette sleek and understated. Meanwhile, the “Barkroot Brown Camo” version introduces warmth with a brown knit base beneath a glossy tortoiseshell-like-patterned cage, whose layered tones evoke the look of tortoiseshell. Black laces and a matching sole keep the design grounded, while a muted brown Swoosh subtly reinforces the earthy theme.
