Nike and its digital-first platform DOTSWOOSH are rumored to be expanding their chaotic “Touch Grass” collection with a fresh take on the Nike ReactX Rejuven8. Known for leaning heavily into online culture, the web3 imprint is reportedly continuing its streak of conversation-starting releases with another playful concept.
Following the initial rollout that originally surfaced late last year, the internet-first project is heating up once again. The upcoming release features a new flame-covered colorway, joining the previously seen grass-like and hay-toned pairs. Initial imagery of the upcoming pair shows an insole featuring a grass-like texture as well as embroidered Swoosh and hand monikers. This chaotic energy perfectly aligns with DotSWOOSH’s history of bold drops, following in the footsteps of previous glitch-inspired designs like the “404 Error” Air Force 1 and the “Low Poly” Air Max 1.
