As winter’s cold clutch on the East Coast begins to ever-so-gradually give way to spring’s warm rays, Awake NY has prepped a comprehensive wardrobe for the transitional season with its just-debuted Spring 2024 collection. Featuring an array of light-to-medium-weight outerwear, colorful knits, and cozy essentials, the collection brings Awake NY’s familiar Big Apple energy in a new fashion: one that makes heavier use of patterns and prints, with fewer logo treatments than we’ve seen in past seasons.

Standout pieces include bold digital camo jackets and carpenter pants, available in woodland, blaze orange and greyscale color schemes, varsity jackets with super-sized dragon logos that wouldn’t look out of place on a vintage pair of Evisu jeans and cozy fleece zip-ups with an all-over lowercase “a” graphic that offers a trompe l’oeil effect, appearing like a puff print from a distance although it’s two-dimensional. There’s also a wide range of tracksuits made of nylon or velour, knit cardigans, sweaters and button-ups, striped tops and cozy sweats.

Most of the looks in the collection’s lookbook are styled with Nike sneakers from the Air Max Penny 2 to the Air Max Plus. This is a clear nod to Awake NY’s partnership with Jordan Brand and their forthcoming Air Ship collaboration, which is rumored to touch down sometime this spring. The Spring 24 collection marks Awake NY’s first extensive release of 2024 as well, following a concice capsule with legendary graffiti artist JA ONE XTC that dropped in January.

The Awake NY Spring 24 collection will roll out gradually over the coming weeks, with the first drop touching down at the brand’s Orchard Street flagship in New York City February 24 then hitting the Awake NY webstore shortly thereafter. Releases will continue through the spring season.
