With Kith‘s third annual “Kith Night” at Madison Square Garden coming up next week, the label has unveiled a New York Knicks-coded footwear capsule in collaboration with New Balance. Entitled the Madison Square Garden capsule, the drop spans two models: the first-ever Made in U.K. 991v2 and Numeric 480.
The Kith x New Balance Madison Square Garden Made in U.K. 991v2 features a mesh upper imbued with suede and reflective overlays, as well as a reflective N logo branding at the lateral sides. The sneaker boasts a contrast base and is further elevated with embroidered branding on the tongue and heel, and Kith branding at the lateral collar; Madison Square Garden branding is stamped inside the insole.
As for the Kith x New Balance Madison Square Garden Numeric 480, the joints land in two colorways of “Tan Orange” and “White Orange” iterations. The “Tan Orange” takes a mesh upper with leather overlays, a contrasting N logo at the lateral sides and Kith jacquard branding on the tongue. On the other hand, the “White Orange” model sees a suede upper finished off with leather overlays. The tongue is adorned with jacquard artwork, an all-over Kith Monogram debossed N logo and New Balance embroidery at the heel.
