424 FW24 Finds the Sweet Spot Between Workwear and Luxury
With flight jackets layered over formal blazers, massive fur coats atop workwear jackets and more.
At Los Angeles’ 424, designer Guillermo Andrade has delivered a Fall/Winter 2024 collection that represents his experience as a Hispanic-American in the United States.
Andrade stated that this collection is a fusion of workwear and luxury. “This reflection embodies pride in the layers of identity, offering a subtle yet powerful statement that both honors heritage and crafts a personal narrative,” the brand wrote in a statement. “It’s a collection for those who understand that being American is a deeply personal journey—shaped by culture, experience, and ultimately defined on one’s own terms.”
The untitled line is defined by wardrobe staples, including bomber jackets, oversized blazers, neutral workwear jackets, denim coats, punkish leather silhouettes and more. Massive fur coats and shredded denim trousers make a statement in the mix; flight jackets layer over formal blazers; blue-black and red-white camouflage patterns cover overcoats and baggy trousers, and mohair beanies and ponyhair shoes are the ideal accessories for those looking to turn heads.
424’s Fall/Winter 2024 collection is now available to shop on the brand’s webstore. Prices range from $100 USD to $11,180 USD. Take a look at the designs in the gallery above.
