Louis Vuitton Seoul Set to Open Pop-up Vegetarian Restaurant
With 3-star Michelin chef Alain Passard of Arpège.

Louis Vuitton is set to open a pop-up restaurant at its Louis Vuitton Maison in Seoul. Created in partnership with the 3-star Michelin chef Alain Passard of Arpège, the space will be modeled after a vegetable garden.
Alain Passard explains, “It will be a space that awakens the true taste of autumn based on fresh ingredients with the staff who have turned into gardeners.”
The menu will focus on vegetarian fine dining built around vegetables, herbs, and fruits. Those in the city can expect it to open in the coming weeks on the 4th floor of the Maison.
