Human Made and adidas Originals Unveil Its Collaborative SLIPON PURE HM Model
The Kung Fu-inspired silhouette comes in black, olive and cream colorways.
adidas has quite the impressive portfolio to show for it when it comes to collaborative projects, and one of the partners that it has certainly found a winning formula with is Human Made. The Japanese imprint helmed by legendary designer NIGO is once again linking up with the Three Stripes to produce a whole new silhouette: the SLIPON PURE HM.
Design-wise, these easy-on-easy-off slides draw heavy influence from that of traditional Kung Fu slippers and speak to an array of NIGO’s cultural touch-points. Uppers are forged with a soft mesh material and come decorated with Human Made‘s signature heart logo thats tonally embroidered onto the toe boxes while a Trefoil logo is parked on the heels. Three colorways are included in this launch including that of a “Black”, “Olive” and a “Cream White”. Positioned below each take is a full length BOOST™ tooling that provides wearers with an ultra-plush ride. Stringing together its design is a gum outsole which echoes its lifestyle essence.
