First Look at the Air Jordan 1 "Pollen"
“Be True To Your School” stylings come to Michael Jordan’s first signature sneaker.

Jordan Brand‘s ever-popular Air Jordan 1 has appeared in a new “Pollen” colorway. Though only a single image of the upcoming Air Jordan sneaker has been revealed, it appears to feature a two-tone yellow and black color scheme that’s in lockstep with Nike‘s Dunk High “Varsity Maize” — itself a classic from the seminal “Be True To Your School” Dunk pack that released in 1985, the same year the AJ1 debuted.
Smooth yellow leather graces the mudguard, eyestays, midfoot Swoosh, collar flaps and heel, while black tumbled leather is used on the toebox, quarter and collar. Tongues are made of black nylon and equipped with a badge that features yellow Nike Air branding, while further detail is provided by a black ball-and-wings logo on the lateral collar flap. Down below, white midsoles and yellow outsoles round off the look.
According to Instagram sneaker leak page wavegod_thelegend, the Air Jordan 1 “Pollen” is set to release on August 21 for $170 USD, though both of these pieces of information have yet to be confirmed by Nike.
