Nike SNKRS Teases Upcoming Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 1 Collaboration
Hiking-inspired laces, backwards Swooshes and Cactus Jack branding outfit La Flame’s impending offering.

Going into Air Max Day, Nike already had some exciting initiatives in the pipeline such as the revival of the highly-revered Air Max 90 “Bacon”, in addition to the launch of the Air Max Pre-Day. However, on the brand’s fictional holiday, the Swoosh took the opportunity to also tease another major impending project: Travis Scott‘s Nike Air Max 1 collaboration.
Revealed via the Nike SNKRS feed under the Cactus Jack “Bring the Future to Light” link, the shoes first make an on-screen appearance on the 10th slide. Red and white hiker-style laces are the first elements to come to light while a red banner with Cactus Jack branding follows shortly after. From there, mesh toe boxes and throat overlays filled in with an earthy brown pop up in the frame, as well as a crisp white backwards Swoosh and darker toned overlays which land across the toe tips.
For the rest of the presentation, the shoes are shown on someone riding a stationary bike just before the video concludes with a Cactus Jack logo.
No official release info for this Travis Scott offering has been announced as of yet, but it’s likely that this collaborative pair will launch in the next several months. Click here to view the Nike SNKRS story.
