Reebok has released a brand new iteration of its Interval 96. Following its patriotic U.S.A. colorway, the footwear label has opted for a striking “Sway Black/Scarlet” rendition of the retro silhouette — a collaboration with NØIR, a creative collective led by Japanese artist SWAY.
Starting at the top of the shoe is an ovular black patch logo at the tongue, embroidered with Reebok’s logo on the right foot and an “ø” on the left. Popping out from its breathable black mesh uppers, smooth leather overlays are placed throughout the body. Stretching from the heel to the forefoot is a set of large panels that make up Reebok’s sidestripes logo in white and red. Furthermore, “Reebok” branding is woven onto the black rear quarter, complemented by a white leather toecap. All of these details rest over a sleek black midsole, accented with bold white streaks that cross over from the shoe’s forefoot.
Reebok’s Interval 96 “Sway Black/Scarlet” is currently available on atmos’ website for $78 USD.
