The Nike Dunk Low SP "University Red" References a Classic Varsity Color Scheme
Take a closer look at the second “Team Tones” release.
Following the announcement of a delayed-release in the United States, we now have a closer look at the Nike Dunk Low SP “University Red.”
Serving as the second colorway of the “Team Tones” release, the upcoming two-tone design is a clean mix of white and red that references a classic varsity color scheme. The upper of the “University Red” features a premium white leather base accented by contrasting bright red overlays and midfoot Swooshes. Additional branding comes in the form of tongue tags, printed insoles and “NIKE” embroidery at the rear. Finishing up the design of the shoes are bright red laces and pure white midsoles paired with rubber outsoles that continue the contrasting tone found on the upper.
Priced at $100 USD, the Dunk Low SP “University Red” is set to release July 1 in the US on Nike SNKRS and at select retailers, while Europe and Asia will see an earlier release June 12.
