COMMON/DIVISOR Drops Technically-Indebted SS20 Collection
Lightly tailored outerwear, short-sleeves and loose trousers.
COMMON/DIVISOR has unveiled its Spring/Summer 2020 lookbook, highlighting a series of delicately made hi-tech goods. Dubbed “Minimal Needs,” the assemblage is entirely monochromatic, emphasizing a series of light, breathable layers that riff on a minimalist aesthetic.
The collection includes cropped jackets, trench coats, short-sleeves, T-shirts, half-zip pullovers and loose trousers, crafted with light fabrics that have been slightly tailored. One noteworthy piece is a pair of black pants that have been made with twisted seams. It features a baggy fit, with extra room around the lower legs, complemented by contrasting white top-stitching to emphasize the silhouette’s intricately cut form. Another highlight is a black trench coat. The piece is detailed with silver-toned hardware around the central closure and a small leather strap that hangs near the upper torso. Other garments like the short-sleeve zip-up shirts, pullover anoraks, shorts and cargo pants round up the technical range.
