PUMA Prepares for Football's Global Return With New "Rise" Boot Pack

With Germany’s Bundesliga having already resumed play and other organizations like the MLS set to kick off in the coming months, football — or soccer, if you’d prefer — is almost back in full, and PUMA is celebrating its return with a new “Rise” boot pack. Consisting of energetic takes on the FUTURE 5.1 and ONE 20.1, the brightly-colored assemblage aims to “light up the pitch” both literally and figuratively over the course of the summer.

Both models supply asymmetrical colorblocking, split between NRGY Peach and Fizzy Yellow for a vibrant two-tone look. Down below, each also equips chrome outsoles and studs for a nod to the trophies the world’s finest footballers are pursuing. Designed for the game’s most dynamic players, the FUTURE 5.1 uses a fully-knitted NETFIT upper that’s geared towards agility and reacts to the movement of the foot. Meanwhile, the ONE 20.1 is made for the scorers, combining SPRINTWEB and premium K-leather on its upper for accurate, powerful shots.
