KAPITAL has unveiled a brand new piece from its expansive Spring/Summer 2020 collection. Following its HAPPY Denim Overalls from last month, the Japanese label is back with two indigo-rich noragis that have been emblazoned with a motif of the Virgin Mary.
Dubbed “Kakashi,” the noragi sees a semi-relaxed fit that’s emphasized by the garment’s light, breathable cotton texture. A large print of the Virgin Mary is placed at the back, framed by intricately detailed baroque patterns which also appear along the sleeves. The front of the piece boasts the same motifs: this time, the Virgin Mary is placed at the sleeves, whereas the baroque prints are embellished at the center. Tonal strings near the hem round up the meticulous designs of the vibrant garment.
Two colorways of KAPITAL’s “Kakashi” noragis are currently available at the label’s website for $381 USD.
