atmos & ASICS' GEL-Venture 6 GTX is Weatherized for Any Environment
Alongside a co-branded long-sleeve and pouch.
atmos and ASICS are back with another bold collaboration, this time embedding weatherized GORE-TEX fabrics over the GEL-Venture 6 silhouette. Featured is a vibrant “Sand/Evening Sand” and “White/Electric Blue” colorway, alongside a co-branded long-sleeve and an amenity pouch. This project follows another collaboration with New Balance unveiled earlier today, which saw an earth-toned camp-inspired rendition of the ML850.
Set against both urban cityscapes and outdoor environments, atmos’ visuals demonstrate how the GEL-Venture 6 can be worn in a variety of conditions. The silhouette comes with a flurry of functional fabrics like breathable mesh, rubber and leather, accentuated by bold warm-weather palettes. “ASICS” branding is placed at the top of the shoe, followed by round skinny laces that cover the central forefoot. The model comes with ultra-fine mesh and a subtle diamond weave, complemented by smooth leather panels around the eyelets, mudguards and toecap. To offset the soft textures, ASICS’ side stripes takes the form of glossy rubber overlays, while “GEL-Venture 6” branding is placed above 3M highlights at the heel counter. All of these details sit atop an articulated GEL midsole, optimized for extra cushioning and support.
The exclusive footwear is accompanied by a black long-sleeve and a pouch, which will come with each sneaker purchased on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
The atmos x ASICS GEL-Venture 6 GTX “Sand/Evening Sand” and “White/Electric Blue” will be available on April 9, 10 p.m. EST on atmos’ website for $146 USD.
