Medhane‘s latest single “Affirmation #1” has finally gotten visuals directed by LONEWOLF. In the footage above, we see the artist in various locations around New York and his apartment, showcasing various rough sketch animations throughout.

The track, which is produced by IAMNOBODI, comes from Medhane’s recently released debut album Own Pace. The track, like much of the album, speaks on looking within your interior for motivation when outside sources are making your exterior is feeling weak. Behind the soul foul sample and boom-bap percussions, Medhane touches on those sentiments rapping “Numb to shit i couldn’t look within/ Chinks in my armor, scratches on my skin/Been a minute momma sayin’ it’s my life to live/Need the chips wonder why they try greasing him.”

Check out the visuals above, then listen to Jadakiss’ latest project Ignatius.
