Givenchy Channels Moon Boot Vibes With Latest Spectre High-Top
A clean all-white edition.

Givenchy debuted its Spectre High-Top silhouette for Spring/Summer 2020, delivering a bold black “Shiny Nylon” colorway for the model just last month. The French label has now flipped the script by offering up an all-white edition, giving the technically-sound sneakers an upgrade with futuristic moon boot vibes.
Crafted in 100% polyester, the upper is defined by its elongated collar which recalls to mind a classic astronaut’s space suit. The laces are featured in a black and white striped design for a tonal aesthetic, while also channeling design references from the hiking world. A red Givenchy logo on the lace keeper adds the only pop of color to the style, while a gum rubber outsole rounds it all out.
Givenchy’s Spectre Ripstop High-Top sneakers are priced at $950 USD and available now at Moda Operandi’s webstore.
Elsewhere for Givenchy, the label recently tapped Marc Jacobs and Charlotte Rampling to star in its SS20 “Couple” campaign.
