Commonwealth Unveils First Look at Earthy SS20 Collection
Featuring a K-Swiss collaboration.

Commonwealth has just shared the first look at its Spring ’20 collection, presenting a tight range of sporty sweatpants, sweatshirts, and graphic T-shirts. The brand has even given a slight peek at its upcoming sneaker collaboration with K-Swiss, unveiling a clean pair of neutral-toned low-tops that pair seamlessly with the assortment.
Earthy colors such as burnt orange, dark brown, navy blue, and khaki green make up the bulk of the palette, alongside white, black and splashes of purple. Pieces like sweatsuits and hoodies have been reinvigorated through tie-dyed patterns, recalling some of the similar design cues from the brand’s Spring/Summer 2019 collection.
Graphics continue to be the anchor throughout the tees, which include long-sleeved and short-sleeved iterations for the transitional spring period. Phrases like “The Only Good System is a Sound System” and “God bless chocolate city…and its vanilla suburbs” are highlighted on tees, lending a subtle yet snippy nod to socioeconomic issues. Commonwealth’s trademark handshake logo is printed throughout, finishing it all off with a signature brand symbol.
