Nike SB Takes a Road Trip With SB Dunk Low Pro "Truck It"
’70s-style accents offer plenty of open road flair.

Nike SB is hitting the open road this winter with a new SB Dunk Low Pro “Truck It.” A nod to the SB Dunk‘s “long journey” since its inception in March 2002, the “Truck It” features ’70s-style accents inspired by road trips and the striped details found on retro RVs.
While the upper is composed of a simple shaggy tan nubuck, the accents are bold in nature and multiplied in number. The midfoot Swooshes feature night-and-day striped detailing, mixing a dark navy blue with a light sky blue. This is rimmed by the embroidered outline of another light blue Swoosh, adding tone and texture alike. The heel’s Nike wordmark graphic is similarly doubled up and offers a blue gradient fade, as does the tongue tag.
A small black cactus graphic appears on the throat and is replicated on the Zoom Air-equipped insole, which proffers a cool-colored acknowledgement of Southwestern skies. A sleek white midsole and black outsole then complete the look.
The Nike SB Dunk Low Pro “Truck It” will release at Nike SNKRS China January 3 in unisex sizes, and retails for ¥799 CNY (approximately $114 USD). It’s also set to appear at select skate shops later in the month alongside a SB Dunk High.
If on-court dunks are more your style, the NBA recently released “Best Of The Decade” videos, one of which lists the top 100 slams from the past 10 years.
