LUSIVE's Spring 2020 Lookbook Plays on Traditional Tailoring and Bold Animal Prints
From bright leopard to snakeskin patterns.
Taiwan-based label LUSIVE has unveiled its Spring 2020 lookbook, highlighting a bevy of warm mid-layers that take shape in the form of tailored cuts and bold animal prints. Set against a large classical painting, the visuals feature a series of blazers, zip-up coach jackets, dress pants, cardigans, graphic T-shirts and leather jackets defined by clean-cut lines with a slightly loose feel.
One noteworthy piece is the silver-toned nylon suit jacket, lined with a substantial fur hood. It comes with metal buttons at the welt pockets and a sleek black nylon inner lining. To offset the silvery sheen of the garment, red top-stitching appears throughout the jacket, while a red slit outlines the central button opening and shoulder seams. Another highlight is a pair of brown checkered pants, detailed with a set of horizontal fringes that start at the upper leg and end near the hem. As a finishing note, the piece comes with silver-toned fly buttons that pop out from the dark palette. Other garments like the blue puffer vest, purple trousers, zebra-pattern cardigan, leopard jacket and black double-breasted coat round up the expansive assemblage.
