Matthew M. Williams’ New York-based imprint 1017 ALYX 9SM has released two pairs of St. Marks loafers. Both loafers sport the label’s iconic buckle motif and take their name from its founding studio address, Saint Mark’s Place, New York City.
1017 ALYX 9SM’s first offering comes in black crocodile-embossed leather, sitting atop a smooth black foam rubber sole unit. Adorning the vamp is the press-release buckle, coming in black with silver and gold-toned detailing. The other pair takes an even more minimalist route, appearing in buffed, smooth black leather and sitting atop the same black sole unit.
Rounding out the tonal black pair is the signature buckle, this time coming in a blacked-out rendition with laser-etched branding. Take a look at the 1017 ALYX 9SM St. Marks Loafer in both makeups above, and pick them up for $755 USD and $660 USD respectively via stockists such as SSENSE.
In other news, Off-White™ has released its summer-ready ODSY Sandal.
