'Devil May Cry 3: Special Edition' for Nintendo Switch Introduces Seamless Style Feature
Other features will arrive in the title’s debut to the Switch.
Capcom producer Matt Walker announced the third Devil May Cry installment would see a Special Edition arrive on the Nintendo Switch, making the title portable for the first time. However, Nintendo‘s popular system will afford the title to update new features, such as a new seamless approach to switching around the title’s various combat styles on the fly. The change will make combat much more fluid and create more opportunities to pull off “SSStylish” ranked combos.
Other additions added to Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition includes the ability to play as Vergil immediately, as well as a new 9,999-floor “Bloody Palace” survival mode. A sneak peak on how the change will work-in game was shared via Twitter and can be found below.
Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition is now available for pre-purchase from Nintendo eShop for $19.99 USD with a special 50 percent discount on purchases of Devil May Cry and Devil May Cry 2.
